JetComp fails - now what?

I think this DB might be gone forever, but I figured I'd ask here just in
case.

My DB used to work fine - developed in Acc2002.
I e-mailed it to myself (zipped), and it was fine the last time I tried to
use it. Since then, I reformatted my HDD and installed Access2003. (Not
that it should matter!)

Now when I download and unzip the files that used to work *perfectly*, Access
bombs. I ran JetComp4 on it, and it failed. If I try to create a new DB and
import, I get most of the database - just not the complex form. (a modified
version of the MultiPik form from Developer's Handbook).

Lemme guess... this is where someone says "remember when you made that backup?
.."

Yeah - it was hanging out in my Inbox in my e-mail, and it won't open either.
=(

SOL, right?

Alex,
I downloaded the stuff I had e-mailed. When I tried to open it, that's when
I found out that the form I was using to generate the report stuff had
corrupted. Tried everything I could think of. I can get everything but the
most important form. Can't save it as Text... can't do anything. Compact &
Repair fails, JetComp fails. Importing into a new DB fails. Any other
options?

Thanks,
Pieter

Hi,
then looks like it was opened while you zipped it, or it was not zipped
completely, understand that you was never able to open it from zip?
try to send it here, if it can be repaired - it will:
