People with A2007 but without SP1 got following message when they open my

We all use A2007. I have SP1, some people without SP1. They are not
compatible? IT wants to skip SP1, what's my choice?
Correct. A2007 SP1 is not compatible with A2007. I don't recall the"The database is in unrecognized format. The database may have been created

reasons why now.
The IT staff are lunatics if they do not want to install SP1. This is
a very important patch solving many bugs within Access 2007.
