How to convert to Windows Mail

Hello ~

This is my initial posting in a microsoft community, so I'm hoping this is
the type of question one might ask/receive answers about. I'd like to know
what I need to do to switch over to Windows Mail from Outlook Express. Is
there a way to move the contents of your address book to Windows Mail from
Outlook? If so, I'd appreciate knowing what steps to take to do that.
